  5. If my company is not agree to accept my resignation or not agree to relieve me after serving of notice period. What should I do in that case? They are advising me to stay 2-3months for searching other candidate. Please help.

  11. What if your boss is the guy who deliberately puts you in fault zone and don't give any experience letter and offer letter for long time?

    Bosses do as per their will especially those having small companies… And conspire against employeee to prove they are bad and wrong and then don't even give any letter whatsoever

  14. Maine ek company m only 4 months kam kia aur resign kr dia anotice period serve nhi kia.. resign mail krne k bad meri id bnd ho gyi but koi letter nhi aya mere pass .

  15. Sir apka sahi he lekin joining letter na Diya ho to, company wale bhi employee ko joining letter Dena cahiye na. Or contractor me ho to uske liye Kya process hoti he ? ( Sir placement or contractor ne Maharashtra me Paisa khane ka Kam bahot chalu he pahale wo band karwaiye )

  16. I am instrumentation engineer, pass in 2017 batch, I worked in automation field for 1 year as programmer , company fired me as I didn't complete task on time .
    Now I am searching job but in every interview interviewer asked me "why you left your previous job?? "

    Maine 1 jagah par bola "Due to my personal reason "
    Aur 1 jagah par bola ki " due to no salary increment"

    Plz suggest me proper reason..

  25. sir meri company shree rapid technology ,c-51 raj industrial estate ,military road ,marol(E).mumbai company mujhe torture Kr rahi ,torture ka alam ye hai ki na wo terminate kar rahi na wo mujhe company me kam karne de rahi ,itna hi nahi wo illegally mujh se paise mang rahi ,blackmail kar rahi aur mera bacha hua salary and arrears bhi nahi de rahi kya kary ???
